Trumer Pils is brewed using Barley malt from Austria and Germany. The yeast used, Weihenstephan Germany W-34 lager yeast, provides a very malty and clean taste. The Austrian Aurora hops and Hallertau Spalter Select Aroma Hops gives this pilsener a crisp bitter note. Very pale gold colour with a medium sized white head that hung around for a short while and left bits of lacing. The nose was mainly hops with a bit of spice there also. Taste was crisp with a metallic bitterness, a little grassy, light to medium body and very easy to drink. Cheers!
