Temple ESB – is a richly flavoured British style Bitter. Copper in colour, with a dense white head. The smooth creamy palate is balanced by a unique earthy, dry bitterness provided by the rare Bramling Cross hops. A blend of traditional English hops is also used – Challenger, Northdown and East Kent Goldings – which contribute to the rich hop flavour and aroma of this Special Bitter.

A classic English Strong Ale. Named Champion Ale of Britain on multiple occasions, and winner of a gold medal (Best Ale) at the 2009 World Beer Cup. From Michael Jackson: "Old Tom, at a hefty 8.5 per cent alcohol by volume, has not only the colour of cherry brandy but also the taste, along with a nutty, chocolatey, spicy, smoky, richness."
