Like the dry, Henneys Sweet has big, bold aromas, although of an entirely different character - think toffee apples, sugared almonds and a dominant fruitiness comprised of red apples, globe grapes and raisins. The flavours are as the aroma suggests, with the rich toffee apple characteristics giving way to sherry-esq complexities, and a slightly bittersweet finish. The mouthfeel is worlds apart from the Henneys dry – it is thick, smooth and full, making the cider incredibly moreish. Whether you drink as an after dinner treat, or just enjoy while relaxing on a balmy afternoon, this cider will surely delight. Winner of the 2006 Tesco Brewing Awards Best Cider.

A17% ABV blend of one-year-old calvados, and mout, apple juice that has fermented to around 1% ABV. After being carefully blended in oak casks, Pommeau is transferred to 4-5 year old 400L oak casks, where it is carefully matured for at least 30 months. Perhaps Dupont’s greatest creation, Pommeau displays amazing complexities of vanilla, crystallised apples, prunes and toasted hazelnuts. Absolutely amazing.
